OA Experiences in the making: Workshop at Art Museums Skagen

On 10, 11 and 12 May 2024, Art Museums Skagen is carrying out a co-creative workshop fostering the development of innovative formats for audience engagement. The experience involved a group of young creatives from Northern Danmark (aged between 20 and 25), that were led in the exploration and reinterpretation of the museum collection of historic photos, with the collaboration of artist Mara Cerri, videomaker Erik Pollini and a group of Open Atelier partners from AMAT and POLIMI. The outcomes of the workshop are meant to nurture the organization of a public event, that will be held in the museum's garden on 4 July, with the aim to engage the community in new interactions with the local heritage.
