The Open Atelier Cookbook

This book aims to share a little part of this experience with the public at large, offering a glimpse into a selection of recipes that have contributed to building up the lively work environment of the Open Atelier community in Venice.

Sharing and commenting on recipes is a form of collective identity labour – a further contribution that the project aims to produce while developing innovation in the interpretation and dissemination of cultural heritage.
